IN NO EVENT SHALL SKILLFORGE ACADEMY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SKILLFORGE ACADEMY FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if SkillForge Academy has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
